Steps in Monitor Repair: 

	A series of tests are performed to isolate the problem
	The problem is fixed by replacing the part that is broken
	The monitor is cleaned of any dust buildup inside the casing
	A complete tune-up is performed, which involves refocusing, brightness control, linearity check and a contrast check.
