The Memor2000
with an integrated laser scanner and IrDA
communication interface uses infrared light for
the cordless transmission and reception of data
to and from PCs, printers, GSM cellular phones
and other products equipped with an IrDA
interface.
Standard transmission speed is 9,600 bps with a
possible maximum speed of 38,400 bps. Maximum
communication distance to the Memor2000 is 1 meter
and the maximum angle of deviation from a
line of sight is 15°.
Memor2000 IrDA
The Memor2000 basic model, which when fitted
with IrDA has no integrated 8-pin connector, is
also available with an IrDA communication
interface.
