The ACC870 operates on the Microsoft Windows CE 5.0 / 6.0 platform and features 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM with room for memory expansion via the MicroSD slot. This UHF RFID reader is capable of accurate reading at a distance over 12 feet or 3 meters ( depending on tag type) and comes standard with a 1D Laser Barcode scanner, WiFi, color touch screen and a 12-month factory warranty. Optional features include Bluetooth, a 1.3 MP camera with LED flash, WWAN Cellular (Communication via CDMA, GSM/GRPS and HSDPA), SIRF 3 Standard GPS, Gun Handle options, Vehicle cradle, and desktop cradles. An alternative High Frequency (HF) 13.56MHz RFID module is also available. The ACC870 weighs 15 ounces and comes with a 3.5” QVGA backlit display.
