ACC-CF-LFT RFID Reader

The ISO 11784/5 Compact Flash (CF) Reader has been designed and developed to allow PDAs and Pocket PC devices to access smart labels and cards which comply with the ISO11784/5 standard.

The CF Reader module can work with any of the most recent Pocket PC PDAs which provide a CF II interface. A full SDK with drivers and sample applications is available.

Radio frequency permits identification and reading of tags without contact or line-of-sight visibility. The exchange of data works through all sorts of materials such as plastic, paper, glass, liquids, dust etc., as long as they are not  electroconductive.  A passive transponder (i.e. without internal battery) mounted on a product or animal, stores the particular identification code and communicates with the CFCard Reader. The CFCard reader plugged into the type I CF slot turns a PDA into an effective radio frequency based Transponder Reader. The provided GUI makes it easy to use the CFCard Reader in a PDA. The user is able to specify the GUI. The CFCard Reader reads and writes to all sort of TIRIS® transponders.
